Our fishing season runs from mid-April through mid-November for Rockfish, Bluefish, Trout and Spanish Mackerel.

Departing from the South River in Edgewater, Maryland, we are usually within an easy 30 minute run to some the top fishing areas on the Bay. (More Info)

We fish  the Upper Chesapeake Bay to the Lower-Mid Chesapeake Bay. The type of  fishing and area to be fished depends on where and how the fish are biting.

Capt TJ has been fishing areas for over 30 years and will put you on the fish.

Trolling: Trophy Striper season starts in mid-April and runs  thru May for the really large Stripers.  Trolling for Rockfish, Bluefish, Trout and Spanish Mackerel runs from mid-April through mid-November.  We provide only the best fishing gear for this type of fishing. Capt TJ can put you on the fish and leave you with some great  memories that can last a lifetime.

Chumming: 
Chumming can be great for Stripers.  Aboard the Tracy Lynn, we grind fresh bait on board when chumming.  We provide fresh cut bait. Fish cleaning is also available.

Bottom Fishing
Bottom fishing for Perch, Spot and Croakers is offered with light tackle spinning gear and great family fun. This type of fishing is great for small children and groups that really want to catch fish..

You may also want to consider a half day of crabbing. "Chicken necking” is lots of fun. This is where we set in a certain area and tie chicken necks to lines that we place all around the boat. You pull the lines up with the crabs on them and net them. Some days, it doesn’t take long to get a bushel!
