Capt. T. J. Johnson is a USCG Masters Licensed captain with more than 40 years of fishing experience on the Chesapeake Bay. He and his wife, First Mate Pauline have worked together chartering for more than 25 years. Capt. T. J. is a member of the Maryland Charter Boat Association and The Upper Bay Charter Captains Association. He served as President of the Upper Bay Charters Captains Association for ten years and was an Area Director for the Maryland Charter Boat Association for approximately 15 years.

The Tracy Lynn is a fabulous 35 foot fiberglass bay built boat. Built in 1990 in Essex, Maryland, Capt. T. J. is the original owner and operator. The Tracy Lynn is powered by a 300 Cummins diesel; she has an enclosed private head, heat, up-to-date electronics, comfortable dinette area, and plenty of room to move about. She cruises at a speed of 20 MPH. She has an extended roof to protect you from the weather. The vessel is inspected yearly by the US Coast Guard and is equipped with all safety equipment.

We require a deposit of $100 to reserve your charter date. Balance of payment is due the day of your charter. We do not accept credit cards. The mate works hard to provide you with a good time and enjoyable fishing. A 15-20% gratuity for the mate is is generally accepted.

Cancellations:

In the event of bad winds, for your safety, the Captain may chose to cancel your trip. If this should happen, we will gladly refund your deposit in full or reschedule your trip for a later date. Should you choose not to show up for your trip, you then forfeit your deposit.
